Saxon Children’s Centre offers support, information and advice for all parents/carers and families with children aged 0-5 years.
All of our sessions and workshops/courses are free of charge unless otherwise stated
10am - 11.30am 'Family Play & Learn'. Suitable for ages 0-5 years. Booking is essential. Bookings taken from the Tuesday before and a waiting list is maintained!
9.30am-12.30pm Health Visitor Team '2 year health and development reviews' - by appointment only
1.15pm-2.30pm 'Messy Play'. Suitable for ages 0-5 years. Booking is essential. Bookings taken from the Thursday before and a waiting list is maintained!
9.15am-11.15am Childminders & Home Childcarers 'Play and Learn' . This is for Ofsted registered providers only. This is a bookable session. 25th April / 23rd May / 20th June / 18th July
10am-11.30am 'Bonnie Babies'. Suitable for babies 0-12 months. A relaxed session for parents/carers to enjoy with their baby. No need to book! 2nd May / 16th May / 30th May / 13th June / 27th June / 11th July
12.45pm-2.15pm Swimming sessions, offered as a one-off block of 5 weeks (suitable from 6months-4years). Booking is essential and a waiting list is maintained. Call or email to register your interest.
9.30am-11.30am Health Visitor 'Well Baby Clinic' . By appointment only. Appointments booked by calling the Children's Centre.

Toilet Training Information Talk: Thursday 6th June 10am-11.30am. Information, tips and advice from Hannah Love, Yummy Baby Group, to support you and your child during this stage of development. Booking is essential - call or email to register your interest!
Parent Puzzle: 4 week course starting on Thursday 25th April 7pm-9pm. This course looks at understanding why children behave as they do, their feelings behind their behaviour, and exploring different approaches to discipline. Please call or email to register your interest.
First Aid talk: Thursday 20th June 7pm-9pm A talk by St. John Ambulance all about family first aid and dealing with emergencies. Booking is essential - call or email to register your interest!
